Due to waitlists and the ongoing demand for course slots in Wilderness and Remote First Aid, there is an $80.00 fee for changing of registration for course dates, and no-shows for these trainings.

Any courses with an online training component are ineligible for refunds.

Inquires for refunds should be sent 14 business days prior to the course date and time. No refunds will be issued within the 14 business day window.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The price of this course is in line with the local market and what is required to cover the cost of running a small business, including but not limited to classroom space, certification fees, course material fees, insurance, certified instructor time, and digital media. These courses have a regular and sale price. The sooner you book your class, the more likely you are to purchase it on sale.
